Flying Site Regulations

  1. All flyers must be AMA members.
  2. New club members will qualify for "pilot" status in accordance with FARM Pilot Checkout guidelines before flying solo.
  3. There will be no alcoholic beverages allowed at the club flying field.
  4. Effective mufflers required on all engines larger than .10 cubic inch (98dB limit).
  5. Spinners or rounded safety nuts are required on all engines.
  6. Engines may not be operated at the club field before 10am.
  7. Engines will not be run up in the pit area.
  8. No more than four planes in the air at one time.
  9. Transmitters should be impounded when more than eight flyers are present.
  10. Transmitters will not be turned on unless the individual has the correct frequency pin.
  11. Every flyer is responslible for damage he or she causes to other's property.
  12. If more that one flyer with the same frequency is present, the maximum time of frequency possession is 15 minutes.
  13. All AMA rules and regulations, as outlined in you AMA member's manual, apply.
